About

I created “chalk-on-a-sidewalk” to post inspirations everyday.
My hope is that people (and their animals) will start their day with inspirations to have a whole good new day. Everyday becomes a new beginning, happy and full of possibilities.

I got this idea from watching the short film “Chalk,” written and directed by Matthew Johnson. This short film was included in the December 2006 DVD of the Spiritual Cinema Circle (“The Secret” was the main featured film). The story was about a discouraged lady who got inspired by the chalk drawing and message that mysteriously showed up on the sidewalk each day. She found hope from these daily messages and created her new life accordingly.

Our thoughts and feelings create our life.
We become what we think about.
Energy flows to where our intention goes.
Choose to focus on possibilities.

We can begin where we are. Everything is right from here.

Right here and right now everyday I will post inspirational quotes, thoughts, or poems with interactive kaleidoscopes made of these inspirational words. I invite you to send me something that inspires you and I will make a kaleidoscope out of your words. Together we can add some value to this world!

Kaleido Flash

I created my interactive kaleidoscopes with Kaleido Flash, which is a software product deveoped by GozTun.com. Kaleido Flash takes graphic files of .jpg, .png, and .bmp format and makes them into dynamic kaleidoscopes. These dynamic kaleidoscopes can be saved as Flash or screensaver with the addition of MP3 music. I have tested a good number of kaleidoscope software and found Kaleido Flash to be the best for what I wanted to do. It's easy to use, it's fun, and it's got animation and interactivity. GozTun.com has interesting Flash products and free-trial demo versions for download. If you decide to buy, I recommend to choose via RegNow, it processes immediately.
